Pres Yatta Dukuly's Post-Convention Statement - 2009


Hi Everyone,
Another year has come and gone and we are in our twelfth year of Convention, how wonderful and exciting this is?

I want to thank everyone for coming to Convention 2009, we had a great time.  It was really nice to see old friends who came for the first time as well as those who come regularly.

Convention will be held in Houston Texas, we are so excited so get ready and get involved by getting your friends and classmates to come and have an incredible time with old friends for the of LTI.

President Yatta Dukuly's Pre-Convention Statement - 2009

Once again my fellow friends the time has come for us to converge for our 12th
Annual Convention. This year, the convention will be held in the great city of Baltimore, Maryland in the 2nd weekend of August (the 7th to the 9th), and will be hosted by the National Body.

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I take this time to thank all of
you who attended last year's Convention and made it successful, enjoyable, and a night to remember, especially after seeing classmates we had not seen in years.

Many thanks for your tireless contributions to our alma mater. We made close to $18,000.00 last year.
In addition, I also would like to say thanks to all of those who couldn't attend but were with us in spirit. We look forward to seeing you this year.

Come on join us at 5010 Bowleys Lane - Precious Blood Catholic Church Hall in Baltimore Maryland to celebrate the 12th year of fellowship and great friendship.
 
I look forward to seeing each and everyone as we plan on having another successful and joyous time together in Baltimore.

Dear members of our illustrious organization, LUTISAA,

PRESIDENT'S 2008 NEW YEAR MESSAGE:

Fellow alumni and  Friends, I would like to take this time to wish you and your families a very Happy New Year.
As we go into 2008, let's look forward to another exciting year as plans are underway for the next convention.

         I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all who made our 10th anniversary Reunion a memorable one.  To all those that were present, I am sure you will agree that we had a wonderful time.  To those that could not be present, we look forward to seeing you at our next reunion.  We thank everyone for their dedication to our association.  With hard work we will be able to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves.  Let us continue to support our programs because our Alma mater needs us now more than ever.   We must not let LTI down.

         I would like to take this time to thank all of you for putting your trust in me as your new president for 2008-2009.  I promise to work with everyone as we strive to improve the lives of students at our Alma Mater (LTI).  As we continue to focus on our theme, “The way Forward” let us put God first and put our hearts into what we do every year to better our illustrious school that helped shape our future and made us what we are today.
