LUTISAA REUNION - 2007
August 11, 2007
This year, LUTISAA conducted general elections and selected the next set of leaders to handle the organization's affairs for the next few years.
In this picture are the former president, Alvin Momolu Johnson and the current president, Yata Dukuley.
This was the day they passed the batton, so to speak.
The former president stated it clearer when he wrote: "As we observe festivities marking this occasion, I wish we all could reflect on the them: "THE WAY FORWARD". Since the inception of our Association, our greatest anticipation has been to see the restoration of our alma mater to its pre-eminent prewar status. The task has been daunting and challenging, nonetheless, we have been very resolute in the pursuit of this noble vision. Let us not give up but remain steadfast in making our vision a reality".

Fellow LUTISAA members:
During our 2006 reunion in Minnesota, I was appointed by the leadership of our organization to build a website that would represent us like a store front to the worldwide web. After many months of trying times, we've been able to build this prototype.
This website was presented and well received by the general membership at our 2007 Reunion celebration in Levittown, PA. However let me stress again that this is only the beginning of what this website is planned to look and feel like. Ours will be an interactive website where each member would have the ability to sign in using a user name and user ID along with a password to protect privacy of personal information. The entire website will be reviewed and upgraded after our board of trustees shall have determined what the final product should look and feel like as well as what the content should be. Until then, I encourage everyone to help us test drive the website by logging in online and navigating the pages with a view to critiquing its functionality and user friendliness. Please direct all of your questions, suggestions and comments to Ernest Fendor and Nya Boayou.
Thanks for your patience in waiting for the final product.
Fendor
